Do NOT be ‘United’ … see what they did wrong and avoid duplicating their potentially billion dollar mistake in YOUR OWN business efforts!

The only answer (which they didn’t choose) for airlines that SOLD SEATS TO PEOPLE THAT PAID MONEY FOR THEM … and then SEATED THOSE PEOPLE THEY TOOK MONEY FROM … was to continue to offer more of an ethical bribe (voucher, hotel, gift cards) … until 4 of their paid customers volunteered to leave.

Corporations historically forget that PEOPLE are who they serve, not just the bottom line and their investor’s profits.

Had a person stood up and owned this PRIOR to this event taking place, United would not have lost over $700,000,000* in stock value within a day of the public hearing about their choice in this encounter.
